My dog is to be neutered tomorrow but he has had diarrhea for two days should I post pone?

It's not wise for a person or dog to go under anesthesia if ill. Does he have a fever? If so, you may want to post pone. I would talk to you vet tonight if possible and see what he suggests.

You should have called your vet to let them know about the problem with your dog.
I would call your vet and see if it is still wise to have your dog done while it's not feeling well,
