What I mean is, if you drink a shake with 60 grams of carbs and 40 grams of protein, does your body actually get all of this? I ask because I know that when you take certain vitamins, they say that your body doesn't absorb most of the vitamin sometimes (like b12). EDUCATED ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE.
