IT DOES NOT! However some people try to tell us that He does, however when asked can not come up with a passage of scripture. Just interested, don't want to cause a problem here/

You're right. In fact, the bible even says God knew you even at conception. It doesn't say He knew the blob of tissue that would one day become you. It says He knew "YOU", meaning you were already the person you are now at conception. So, if people want to admit a fetus is a human, but not a person, they must account for that bit of biblical truth as well.
Simply by your DNA, you're a human being. Abortion on demand is murder, it is the destruction of an organism having human DNA, and needs to be illegal. Thou shalt not kill!

I am a Christian and I have had an abortion. I am saying this because I do not agree with abortion but under some circumstances I can understand why....and we should not judge people that have had them. What I think would be helpful is to have more education out there on preventing pregnancy and more options for women who do get pregnant. I was a single parent when I got pregnant and I realized I had made a mistake. I saw NO WAY to feed and clothe another child. I did not qualify for any help....could barely make it with what I had. I had no one to talk to....and felt so alone. I know MANY who have had abortions and will have....have been in those shoes. If you never have been there....then you really don't know. I am not saying abortion is right.....but I will not be the judge. God understands each circumstance. I know He still loves me.

I totally agree with you, of course it's wrong to kill.. now imagine to kill an unborn baby.. that's yours!!!
There is NO EXCUSE for this.. not rape, not birth defects, Nothing justifies murder!! Not even if the mothers life is in danger... how can you choose who lives & who dies?.. What kind of a mother are you to choose your own life over your babys??
Only God gives life & only He can take it away..
oh & LabGrrl is just BRAINLESS.. now she will teach us about the Bible?? Someone who thinks abortion is right.. & OF COURSE it says it's wrong..
MURDER IS WRONG. ABORTION IS MURDER.. ABORTION IS WRONG!! du'h!!
Bethybug please stop calling yourself a Christian.. YOU ARE NOT!! & you give bad name to Christians..
& for the ones who said ITS MY BODY I'LL DECIDE..
The baby's body is NOT YOURS!! it's in you, but you have no say in deciding if he'll live or not..
How can you be so heartless?? I could cry my eyes out reading this..
THE OLD TESTAMENT was written before Jesuschrist came to this earth to save us.. Man Kind were messed up before Him... Read the Bible before saying that God is ok with Killing.. Ignorants

There is nothing in the Bible concerning abortion. It doesn't state that God is against it. You're manipulating scripture to your ends again.
Abortion is a woman's right. As a woman I am very pro-choice. No real woman could ever possibly oppose abortion. These are OUR bodies, we OWN them. No one has the right to force a woman to be pregnant against her will. That is a heinous form of sexual slavery. We have the right to decide what happens within OUR bodies.

Actually, in the old testament, if you fought with a man and you hit a pregnant woman by mistake and she miscarried, you were charged with murder. That is Gods law.
So where does abortion stand with that line of thinking?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Where does it say he isn't? I really don't care whether it does or not. I'm not even a Christian and their is separation of church of state. I have control over my body thanks. Not you or your God. I'm 14 I don't want to be pregnant.
Edit:Your OPINION is that It's murder. Your own God ordered people to murder thousands of innocent people according to the bible. He ripped 40 innocent children to pieces! He doesn't value human life obviously. Yes it is my choice. Not yours not the government not the state NO ONE BUT MINE. Kay thanks.
Edit:" a woman chooses to kill her baby after birth, is that ok? NO"
Your absolutely right. It's not because it's out of the mothers body and is a living breathing ACTUAL CHILD.

Since God is quite OK with stoning people, I guess aborting a baby is assumed OK as well.
Seriously, the Bible says nothing about abortion at all, neither condemning it or encouraging it. It's simply not an important religious issue.

Where in the Bible does it say that it's ok for a woman to ask questions over the internet?
Is it really true that all things not specifically permitted by the Bible are banned? If God was so concerned about abortion why couldn't he have included a sentence in the book somewhere specifically and clearly banning it?
Maybe there are more places to find moral guidance than just the Bible?

You're right, it doesn't! No matter what they say - that it's not a life because it doesn't have a heartbeat is just a big blah blah excuse. The bible says life is in the blood!
