When someone tells me they literally talk to God or he speaks to them in words, I tend to doubt it, even though I am a christian.

I think what people mean is that they talk to God or possibly do so in prayer. When the say God spoke to them I think it has more to do with what their heart is telling them rather than the spoken word heard from Gods mouth to their ear.

It is my understanding that as a human we can not physically see God in the way we see one another, nor can we hear the
the spoken word of God because we have not attained that level of holiness because it is reserved for those beings (angels) that serve him in heave not here on earth.

I have 100's of examples of how God has answered prayer, but none of them would show you anything. Just let me say that I've explored many faiths. The only time I've ever felt change in my life is when I worship God our Father through the Holy Spirit.

Certainly there are times when you have words with yourself but conversation with God should align with scripture and be in accordance with the way Jesus taught how to pray. Its when you start answering yourself that you need a white jacket.

I do have faith in demons, and that i've got faith devil can invade our concepts and our prayers. religious war is a frightening concern certainly. that is why extremely some human beings extremely relish speaking in tounges, in the event that they are able to, because of the fact that is considered a divine language that can not be interpreted by way of devil. yet that is yet another question altogether. . . i've got faith that while we receive revelations from God, we ought to objective them. There are some techniques of doing this. before everything, understand that God operates on the thought of peace. in case you experience you're being noted as to do something by way of God, that decision must be surrounded by way of a feeling of ease. "For God isn't the author of misunderstanding, yet of peace." (a million Corinthians 14:33) Secondly, attempt preserving a mag of your prayers. while God has something to declare, he's very chronic. He pops up in all places and nicely-knownshows Himself in lots of techniques. preserving song of this could assist you to to verify a relentless trend in specific aspects. Thirdly, produce different persons pray for you once you're extremely uncertain, devoid of telling them the specifics of your subject. Have them proportion something that could have popped up for the period of their prayers. . . in the event that they experience the ought to proportion a bible verse with you, or any photos that could have been stirred, and so on. If what they receive from God with regard to you is on the comparable internet site as your very own and that of others, then that is from God. If issues look to leap around and be inconsistent, then be weary. bear in mind-- God operates on peace! "My sheep pay attention My voice." (Jn. 10:27)

God is real and He answers, look at the trees-colors-seasons-all by accident?

That's fighting logic. Ask Him for a sign, see if He answers(but don't ask with a closed mind).

Blessings to you.
