well, when i try to lose weight,i eat a balanced meal of fruits,vegetables,and plenty of whole grains.

Try aerobics and special exercises for the stomach. Go to the gym, they can advise you. A very drastic way may be liposuction. I wouldn't do it myself, but I saw my neighbour do it and it doesn't look half that bad. And the guy shouldn't like you for your waistline by the way. A tip: maybe an nice swimsuit would also do
