because i had $500 on my card and i only spent $ 117.00 and after that my credit card has been declined

Credit cards usually have ways where you can track, and pay your balance online. I would search for your credit card provider's website, make your own account with login name and password. After going through all that, you should be able to view what you have use the card for. Once you make a purchase, it usually takes 2-3 days to show up on your online account.

Usually the phone number on the back of the card is just an automated number that tells you the balance before giving you any options to speak to a person.

maybe somebody else used it
best to do debit cards instead
