Mild...I want the taste/tingle of the hot sauce but also the taste of the chicken

Medium..... I had 3 Mile Island at Hooters once and they burned the sides of my mouth so bad. I actually had to throw the remaining ones away. So no more hot for me..............

hot. but not suicidle.
I really don't like them soupy with lots of excess sauce. One thing I prefer is to fry them, roll them in hot sauce, and them bake them for a few minutes. Seals the sauce in really nicely.
