Most definitely cut out sugar.
You can lose one pound a week by just cutting out pop.
Don't eat after about 7:30 P.M.
You will lose a little weight maybe even a lot just by doing that.
Eat Healthy. Don't eat until your full just eat until your somewhat satisfied so that you can let it settle in your stomach and you'll find that you will become full easier by doing this.
Have small portions.
Instead of eating 3 meals a day eat 5 small portioned small meals. This way you don't snack in between meals and you stay satisfied throughout the day.
With exercises and healthy eating your bound to lose weight.
Walk everyday. Or at least every other day. Don't worry about running because I've been told by nutritionists and people on Oprah that you lose the same amount of calories walking as you would running.
Hope i helped in some way.

a million. it is so straight forward as this, in case you burn off extra which you consume then you fairly will drop some weight so which you will desire to the two consume much less or do extra however the suitable way is to do the two. 2. you may desire to do a mixture of cardio - working, strolling, swimming, cycling etc and power training like crunches and weights. 3. To drop some weight and save it off you may desire to consume healthily and workout for something of your life that's why that's a good theory to discover a weight loss plan and work out that's smart, you appreciate and don't attempt and lose it too immediately.

Don't even try to lose thirty pounds in a month. Even if you could, you'd be too sick for the marines. Loose the weight sensibly, a couple pounds or so a week, and then think about the marines.

You cannot lose 30 pounds in one month. It took me 6 months to lose that much weight...and that was doing it the natural healthy way of eating healthy and excercising. Have you signed your contract yet and everything? Do you have a ship out date?

Talk to your recruiter. If you don't make the weight, they might tape you to get your body fat %. Either way, follow instructions above and do the best you can. If you take another month, it's alright, the Marines ain't going nowhere....

That's not healthy and if you are successful, you will be so sick when you actually join or the weight will come right back on. It's a better goal to join in the beginning of next year.

LOSE it is spelled with only ONE o.
cut out all sugary sweets.. no soda, no Twinkies, no junk food. lean proteins only, lots of steamed veggies and fresh fruits. Water to drink. light on the starches and carbs.
it will take longer than 30 days to lose 30 pounds. safe weight loss is 2 pounds max per WEEK.

Loose weight is a problem, you will probably end up with loose skin, but you should lose weight even though you will still look bad.
