If your bored, get out and do something,
clean your room, clean out the closet, help your neighbors, help your parents around the house, ect....

go outside and do something active then come back 1/2-1 hour later and have something healthy to eat

find something to do. if you cant find anything, chew a piece of gum, or brush your teeth. that way you wont want to eat cuz you have the minty flavor in your mouth
