she is close to 9 months old and about 60 pounds. I found her wandering on a highway covered in ticks when she was about 2 to 3 months old.

From what I could tell tell she looks like a pure Golden to me!
Her nose is not too narrow to be a pure golden. Some Golden's have narrow muzzles. Most Lab that I have seen also have wider muzzles too.
I still think she a pure Golden. Just not a very well bred one, but if you love her who cares!
If their is a mix is it dormant in her. She's a bit thin but most Golden's look that way at 9 months old.
What are you feeding her?
