I have visited the Chinese Consulate twice and both times she refused me. I told her that I have no contacts in China since I emigrated here when I was 4 years old. I didn't even have my own passport. The Chinese passport that we used to come to the US has my mother, my brother and I all on one passport because both of us were underage. I asked her what the reason was to see my old Chinese passport and she said it was because I have dual citizenship with China and the USA. Unless she sees the old Chinese passport, she can't invalidate it. So, I told her that my Chinese citizenship became invalidated the moment I became a Naturalized US citizenship per Chinese Laws, since they do not recognized dual citizenship. I also asked her how she was going to invalidate me when all she does is look at it and give it back to me. She couldn't answer me. Furthermore, I told her that Consulate gave my mother two visas to China already, one in 2002 and one in 2008. How was it that my mother was allowed these Visas when she didn't show her our old Chinese passports which had all three of us on there? Since a minor child is attached to a parent, shouldn't whatever occurs to the parent be the same as the child? When my mother became a US citizen, I also became a US citizen that day. I can not lie about my birth place because it's already in my US Passport. I will use a Processor this week. Thank you for your great suggestion.

Just bring your old passport and necessary fees for the renewal of your passport and present it at the Immigration Office.
