Not really. If it was, restaurants would be closed by then. We live in a world of varied schedules, so I definitely don't have a problem with it.

no, not in europe. You might have a snack at 6 and a glass of wine - then go out to eat at 10 or 11pm and eat through to 2 or 3 in the morning. At home a family meal on the weekend in france starts at 6 with an aperetif eg pastis and a snack and then course after course is eaten, slowly with lots of talking and joking and wine, till about 11 pm. in athens we eat at about 11pm and go to bed around 4am.

That depends on what kind of schedule your body is on. If you are an early to bed, early to rise kind of person (to bed at 10:00, up at 6:00) that would be late. However, if you don't go to bed til 1:00 and get up at 9:00, that would fit in just fine with your schedule.

no, well, it depends, is it for a date? if it is, then it is a prety decent time. but if it is an every day thing, then it could be un healthy for a person's diet and healt, because your b ody takes longer to digest food after a certain period of time.

It's best sit down to order food by 8pm, so it's advisable to set out at 7pm.

Maybe. But if you wanted to excercise before you go eat, that would probably be better than waiting until after you eat.
