My niece passed a short time ago due to a sudden unexpected illness. I currently live in SW Colorado. I walked out of Wal-mart on a cold crisp winter morning and heard a flock of what seemed to be seagulls circling above my car. I have lived near the beach for several years and am familar with these birds. I have NEVER seen anything like it here in Colorado. I had a very strong intutition that this had some thing to do with my nieces spirit letting me know she is with me.

No, of course not. It's obvious that when you die, you're just dead.
There really is nothing substantial to indicate otherwise. All real evidence points to death being rather permanent.

yes I do believe in an after life, but not one that is expected, but an alternative realm or just becoming one with the energy all around us, which I guess would be alternative, the reason I feel this way is because I did have an NDE where I was dead and was revived, I saw nothing, consciousness of who or what anything of this world was no longer, but the initial feeling of peace when revived was so incredibly overwhelming and beautiful. I do not believe in heaven or hell, but life after death, in a matter of speaking an unequivocal yes, experience, not myth.

Yes there is an after life. Many experiences, too personal to share.

Yes. Jesus said to the thief on the cross, "Today you will be with me in Paradise." Afterwards they both died. However, they met in another life. Eternal life with Christ in the presence of God is the afterlife you should strive towards. Trust in Christ and your "afterlife" will be a pleasant one.

Yes I believe in the after like. After life is death, finish, kaput, the end. We go back to what we were before birth - - - - nothing.

After considerable study of my heart mind I have personally concluded that the truth of God and everlasting life is true. That is my belief you are rightfully entitled to your belief.

sort of
i think next is a better word than after
i think something comes after this for the same reason that something (this life) came after nothing (before we were born)

yes I do.
but I do think that afterlife is a wrong term. We are eternal. So maybe I would call it, eternal life.
