Don't know.....I'm all about the spell check. I can't spell very well.

HA!!!! I think its because they don't care about their spelling. "Some" people think its cool to misspell words. I think it makes you look like a moron if you ask me. Especially when Its so easy to use the "check spelling" button that's located above the box as you type your question or answer. I think they should include a "grammar" button as well.

They just don't care. Some people also think its cool to contract words in weird "wayz" or spell in funky styles. It bugs the hell out of me.

I've often wondered the same thing. I also wonder why people so often choose to use incorrect grammar, punctuation, and capitalization.

I know, it drives me absolutely crazy. Some people are just uneducated and think that using "da" instead of "the" is appropriate.
