If he is a puppy, he may do this for a little while, but if you SEE (and only if you see him do this) tell him "no, no bad boy" and take him right back outside. However, if you do not witness him "pottying" in the house, simply clean it up and move on. Also, when he does go outside make a huuuuge deal out of it and give him a treat for doing a good thing! If you crate him while you are gone or sleeping, DO NOT PUNISH HIM BY PUTTING HIM IN THERE, NEVER PUNISH A DOG BY PUTTING THEM IN A CRATE. If you do this, they will forever be afraid of it and they will think they are in trouble every time you put them in there. I have a 4 month old male boxer and he did that also and it was so aggravating, but after some hard work, and many trips outside, he has finally learned. Good luck! I know what you're going through!

Carry him into his crate right away after coming inside. You could also wash the kitchen floor with vinegar to get out the smell of his pee. Make sure you're taking him out frequently, and just keep him crated unless it's time to go outside, then take him immediately (carry him). He'll get the drill down and will stop going inside.

Are the stools liquid or too soft? if so then you should see your vet. If his stools are a normal consistence then leave your dog outside longer or go for a walk to activate his bowel. Make sure to disinfect your kitchen floor.

Do you let him out in a fenced yard? Have you tried leaving him out longer? Or take him on a long walk. If he is peeing in the kitchen then he may be marking it as his territory.
