The temperature in the fridge is actually the temperature that bread will go stale fastest.
But, it won't mold as quickly in the fridge.
So it's a toss-up.

Well Cooking Guy Bread actually stays fresher out of the fridge, but in the heat of the summer I keep my bread in the fridge. I wrap it well and eat it in a timely way as the fridge can make bread rather stale rather fast.

Good Luck

Yes it helps it last longer and fresher. If your not going to use alot of bread in any time soon then put it in your fridge.

it is best to leave bread in room temp. you can freeze up to three months. but putting bread in the fridge will cause it to mold because you take it back and forth from hot to cold(thats what causes mold)

It will avoid moilding longer, yes. But it must be airtight to stay fresh. Most fridges suck moisture out of the inside fridge, and that includes your food not wrapped tightly.

I actually keep mine in the freezer. I'm single, so I don't go through a loaf very fast. Either way, just make sure it's tightly closed.
