It sounds like your dog is in heat, if it's a female, and over 6 months old, that's probably what it is. Dogs usually go into heat 1-2 times a year, and it lasts between 4 and 7 days. You can go to any store (either a pet store or wal-mart, meijer) and buy doggie diapers, put them on your dog and it'll stop her from bleeding all over the place. I would call your vet and make sure, and if it lasts for more than a week, take her in, however if you have a male dog, get the dog into the vet ASAP. Male dogs shouldn't be bleeding from there.

If it is a female and she is in heat keep her away from other dogs for the next four weeks and then take her to the vet and get her spayed.
If it is a male go to the vet.

You should get her a doggy tampon. they sell them at Petco and Petsmart. Its just a pair of pants with a pad on the bottom to help stop the bleeding. They have them for all size dogs.

well add some more info. but if ur talkin bout its private, then i am sure u know it is normal for a female. if its bleeding from the butt then its eating to much human food or has inturnal bleeding toake it 2 a vet and stop feeding it human food.

If its a female, and if its from where I think you're trying to say, then it's probably just her period. Otherwise he or she needs to be taken to a vet ASAP.

go to walmart and buy little girl panties. then cut a hole in the back for her tail and then put them on her, make sure the dont slide off. They get very dirty, just throw them away after but it will keep blood from dripping everywhere.
