it can be if it's a coloring mousse or shampoo - will make them shiny and repair the damages, also henna is good for hair. such products wash out in 6-8 washes, max - 21 washes and have a note - no ammonia, no peroxide. common coloring that lasts for some months is bad. Henna last long but only orange or brown color and can turn green if the ph level is wrong. you can also color hair with camomile(golden) or tea (brown), they do not damage hair.

it damages your hair
unless you use some natural product.. henna ... or if you use a special color for virgin hair (that means hair that has never been colored before)
but the worst for your hair. is bleach

if your hair tends to be greasy ll the time like mine its really good beause it gets rid of all the greese but if your hairs really dry its probably not healthy

no it is not...because it dameges ur hair........
but some colors look realy good on people so it is ur choice to do it it will damege ur hair but u will look cute or u can just keep the color u were born with.....wich makes u...
