As long as the judge has signed the original warrant, the search is legal. They don't have to bring the original with them for a search.

If you believe the original was not signed, you should probably get a lawyer to assist you.

#1 why caps?

#2 'they' were in custody and generally handcuffed people have trouble turning pages.

#3 the copy left at the scene is not the official copy so it often doesn't have a signature. The affidavit is considered 'investigative notes' and is only available after the preliminary hearing during discovery.

So...you think you get an original? No.

There is no way a team would serve a warrant without the signature being in place. I do not believe you get the affidavit. It would/could contain sensitive information you need to be apprised of yet.

The judge doesn't have to sign both copies only the one main warrant.
