The prophecies concerning trees and animals pertain to the coming paradise earth.

Isa 65:20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days; for the child shall die a hundred years old, and the sinner being a hundred years old shall be accursed.
Isa 65:21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.

The book of Revelation speaks of the new city of Jerusalem "descending from heaven". It has within it trees, the leaves of which are for the "healing of the nations". I don't know about animals in heaven. I do know on the "new earth", which is also spoken of in Revelation, the lion will lie down with the lamb.

Is. 11: 6-8 The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, and the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them. The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper's nest.

No. Trees and animals are part of the natural universe, and the earthly environment, which will pass away and cease to exist. Humans alone, of all physical creation, are in God's image and likeness, and therefore have access to eternal life.
