Is it posible and how can you install mac os 7.5.3 on virtual pc?

I know you can download mac os 7.5.3 of a apple.com but which one should I get to use on virtual pc for windows and how would I install it?

You can't. Mac OS 7.5.3, or System 7, ran on PowerPC (and 68k?) processors, not on x86 processors, so you can't "virtualize" it. You would need an EMULATOR, like SheepShaver or PearPC.
