Yes, it's submissive urination - she is being submissive to the dominant you. Don't yell when you correct her and avoid big greetings when you come home. Correct her much more quietly and gently. Chances are she's a young dog. They tend to outgrow this.

What kind of tone are you using with her? Try being firm but not aggressive.

What are you doing AFTER she pees herself? It may have happened once, she got really nervous and then you became possibly angry and may have worsened the problem, so now everytime she gets scolded she panics.

Poor thing...sounds like she takes you very seriously.
I would say it's your reaction that's making her pee...maybe try being calmer?
It would seem she's already submissive, so any over-reaction to her indiscretions might be causing the peeing.
Are you consistent with her? Does she understand what it is she's not supposed to be doing?
Be gentle but firm.

SImple, Just STOP saying "no" and "stop that".

Actually - the problem is probably in your TONE OF VOICE when you say "no" and "stop that" Try a gentler, more doggie-friendly voice.

Make sure you are not using her name when you say No. It sounds like an anxiety issue. I would talk to your vet.
