Erections are maintained by a combination of elevated blood pressure to the organ in question which is then held hard by a series of valves at the base. The valves stay in place (and thus the erection is maintained) by pressure from the bladder. Therefore, the first thing to do if you have having a problem is to drink a pint of water (note WATER, NOT beer). This will fill your bladder and make the erection much easier to maintain.

There are a couple of things that make it tough to get an erection, and you should see your doctor for a check up.
Diabetes, high-blood pressure, and the medications for them often interfere with sexual activity.
If you are diabetic, or have high-blood pressure, discuss your medication with your doctor and tell him about the problem. If you are not already being treated for diabetes or hypertension, have your doctor check for both.
In addition, there are times when a guy is just too tired or too drunk to perform well. It happens to everybody from time to time.

Foreplay . Sometimes even women need kissing, gentle touching and kissing in those sensual areas. The more stimulation the more the lubrication and the more intense the eventual penetration. The trick is to enjoy it all and don't be concerned about your penis. Focus more on her and hot she can get before she starts your genitalia stimulation.

Everyone's body works differently, we all need different types of stimulation to get going. For every **** man, there's an *** man! So you're a guy who requires some physical stimulation to get a hard-on. Most women, myself included, would be delighted to be with a guy who requires a lot of physical attention, it means we get to make you our plaything. Enjoy the benefits, and have fun!

That's totally normal! Is a girl wet the instant you start talking about sex? No! You have to rev her up, so to speak. :-) The same goes for guys. One of the most important parts of a great orgasm is FOREPLAY, so don't skimp on it!

Its either a pyschological thing, or physcial thing. It happens from time to time. If it continues to be a problem, it could be an indicator of a serious underlying condition.
