is it LEGAL to hunt with a hand gun in the state of pennsylvannia?
if so what can u hunt?

I live in PA too, and every deer season, my grandpa takes his Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 Mag. revolver ( along with his 7mm Rem. Mag. ) in case a deer comes close enough to shoot it with the .44. You just need to have a pistol permit underneath your real deer license. Good luck.

If it is legal is something you can check on the website of the wildlifedepartment.
That will tell you whether it is legal and if there are any restrictions. If there are no restrictions you can hunt any legal game with a handgun. Just make sure you use a caliber that can make a clean kill.

It is very legal. There was not even a problem with me getting a 5-year permit as a non-resident because I have one in New York.

im not sure if it is legal and it depend on what season it is like dear season or bear season that is something you can look up sorry didnt help much

it cant be a semi
has to have atleast a .357 or higher
need a permit
