I have a picture of my newborn, this one is the only one I have

How can I take off the glare of my sons face?

How extremely sad! He is three months now and no longer looks small and wrinkled :(

Wow, thats a bad shot. Reshoot if at all possible.


Otherwise, a professional with photoshop can do it.

It this came across my table I would use the clone tool and get my samples from the areas of the image around the face where there is color and do my best to fill in the white. It would not be easy, nor quick. It will be expensive and the results would not be great.

That picture is beyond repair. You could touch it up a little with photoshop or GIMP or something, but you wouldn't be able to fully restore it. You'll have to take another picture.

It would take a lot of work in photoshop...and you couldn't "fix" it...you could only clone skin into the overexposed(blown out) parts, not bring them back.
