Most likely the track official had him arrested, he was endangering himself and the driver. He also probably had a few to many.

No. NASCAR did not arrest him. The police did. And it wasn't for wanting an autograph. It was, more than likely, for drunk in public or disorderly conduct or something.

THE TRACK SECURITY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT AND YES IM SURE HE WAS
