What makes you think that Satan requires sustenance? He was once an angel and I've never heard of angels needing to be sustained.

Satan is not in hell yet; he walks around us messing with God people ; trying to kill destruir and robbed us that's what the bible says. he is evil and he is a spirit he is a powerful ruler, and Jesus said he come to destroy him. jesus call him the tempter satan the evil one beelzebub the serpent the fallen angel the dragon the beast ; the bible says yhat there is a malign power of evil at work. in the world, attempting to pervert the purposses of god especially his purposes for man kind. but there is a limit to this evil power against it god sent his only son jesus christ to destroy the work of the devil. and to the end he will be subject to god will. he is our enemy our adversary, always accusing us before god. he is also a lier, he also tempt men to sin. the bible says that satan fall as lightning from heaven. that he ia an inhabitant of the earth and the sea that he came down with great wrath ..because he has little time soon he will be cast down into the lake of fire. for 1,000 years him and all of his wicked spirit s demons, god is in charge jesus is in control he has the keys of hades and death.

Satan is a spirit that has not yet been thrown into the lake of fire. It / he currently has power to tempt mankind to sin and rebel against God. He and the souls of those he has successfully deceived into rejecting Christ will ultimately be utterly destroyed in the lake of fire according to the book of Revelations. Nothing will sustain them!

Satan isn't in Hell he actually has access to Earth and Heaven. We're told in the Bible that he accuses the brethren before God but Jesus is our advocate.

Actually if God is the giver of life, and Hell is eternal, then GOD is responsible for keeping the torture going without end.
He kinda holds a grudge like no-one else in history.
