I HAD A SALAD..
which consisted of:
salad greens
- i put no dressing on my salad
i then had a lot of chicken strips on it
then
on the side i had 4 spoonfuls of corn

salad greens only have about 13 calories per serving. Chicken on average is about 171 calories per serving. It depends on what kind of chicken strip you had. and corn is about 30 to 40 calories.
I would guess it's about 220 to 250 calories..... not too bad.

Well, to lose 20 pounds have you ever heard of the atkins diet, if so try that! You should lose 20 pounds with-in a month as long as you walk everyday for 2 hours and do extra stuff! But, no cokes and no sugar for you!

not enough to make it taste good. it depends on if the strips were fried or grilled. why bother eating it? was the corn fresh or canned? how big was salad?
