I always use foil when I am broiling, but I am ready to put the breast in the oven and no foil....ugh i cant run out cuz its like 400 degrees in AZ today...

If you don't use the foil, at least grease the tray, or spray it with PAM if you have it, if ya don't you're gonna be soaking and scrubbing for days......can't you borrow some foil from a neighbor??? You just need a bit.......Enjoy your chicken, bud!!

It's okay to do that, but you'll just have to clean the sticky mess the chicken leaves when it is done cooking.
Another thing you could try is to spray Pam (nonstick cooking spray) on the tray before cooking.

It's okay, but you'll probably scorch the pan. This is really no big deal . . . I mean, the mark will be there forever, but it doesn't interfere with cooking anything else later on.

Yeah it will just be a little harder to clean the pan out afterwards.

Yes, your pan will just be a bit harder to clean. You will need to soak it in hot soapy water.

it is ok to to not have tin foil. but you can go out. you are just lazzey. sorry but you are.

you'll be scrubbing that pan all day, use cast iron!
