I've been practicing for fall tennis tryouts with friends on the varsity teams, and I beat this guy friend 6-4 in a set.
It was just a friendly game, but when I'm getting balls outside of the court, I hear his buddies making fun of him for losing to me, and he goes "Yeah I let her win".
I was all excited that I won because he's usually better then me at stuff, but now I feel like crap. Did he really let me win or is he just a sore sexist loser?

I vote sore sexist loser. If I were you, I would make a point of beating him a few times, then I would ask him in front of his buddies how many times he's gonna "let me win." Honestly, with friends like these...

There's no way he would let you win, especially in front of his friends. Please don't take that the wrong way, but it's a guy thing.
I think he was just trying to salvage his pride b/c he got beat by a girl. There's nothing wrong with that though. You taught him a very valuable lesson...Anything guys can do girls can do better, and look cuter while beating their a$$!

no, he probably didnt let you win. hes just trying not to look like a loser in front of his friends. just forget about it, you won fair and square and if he's embarassed because you're "just a girl" then he's not a very good friend anyway. i'd just let it go.

u won fair and square. after he saw how good u were he probably did fall off a bit but that was only becuz he knew he couldnt beat u. he HAD to make sum obvious mistakes to make it look good.

play again tomorrow and make sure you give him a hard time about losing today, you'll get his best game and if you win again you'll reall have something to smile about.

umm idk guys will almost always use i let her win but think about it whether he tried less hard or you just win either way feel special you either got talent or a friend that lets you win lol
