Which is better for weight control? How often and what amounts?

I suppose grapefruit would be better just because it tastes better so a person would stay on it longer.
Some people have a problem with it if they take certain cholesterol medication.
Vinegar is good if you have arthritis.

Eating a balance diet with limited sweets and junk food along with moderate exercise controls weight.
