If you have a good guy but he just started working,do you stay with him?

I met this guy last year and its been an on and off again thing when it comes to him being employed.He's helped me alot in certain situations,but I feel his work history is inconsistant.What do I do,leave a good guy or be patient will it get better?

skittles, Hon sit him down and honestly tell him what is on your heart and mind ! Men are to be the providers and caretakers.Let him know you need that security if he wants you around ! If not say goodbye.
