My muscles have been tightening up and hurting on and off over the past 3 days. The only thing I can think of that I've done differently is to be drinking more caffene than normal along with less water.

Could this contribute to the way I'm feeling? I'm also wondering if there's some sort of flu going around that is causing similar effects....

I read somewhere that B vitamins especially Thiamine become depleted by drinking alot of coffee. Also, a balance of Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium might be thrown off by great coffee consumption.
