Software was new in box and sealed in the wrapper as promised but its obvoius its a fake after trying to activate it. It cannot be registered! What do you do now?

Go to your 'My eBay' page, look to the left hand side (close to the bottom), and click on 'dispute console'. Just follow the directions there.

There has been a lot of that on Ebay lately. Contact Ebay, they have a department that may be able to track and help you. Give eBay full details about the transaction.

File a complaint on ebay and don't buy from that person again. I am leery of ebay sales anyway.

I would make a reoprt on the person that sold it to you.

Contact the cops, that's bootlegging and fraud.
