I'm kinda nerdy, and I see hot girls around, and I'd love to be with them physically at least, what guy wouldn't, but I know from their personalities that it wouldn't work out between us. So what do I do? Can/Should I change myself so that we're "compatible"? They're so beautiful, so what do I do?

Hormones are a heck of a thing, eh? Basically, think of it this way. Yes you can change your appearance and the way you act to get with them. Yes they will respond to it. But you won't be happy, and when you finally want to be yourself, she won't be happy, cuz she was after the fake you. There are hot girls out there that're into most types. Don't be a hermit or anything, but a quiet nerdy type doesn't mean you're excluded from what your mind is calling "hot" girls these days. You can be more outgoing, and most "nerd" types I've known, myself included, are actually very witty and funny when they want to be, which works wonders for a good portion of women. Play to your assets, and if being the next Bill Gates because you like nerding around with computers is your asset... well let's just say things have a way of working out. For happiness, and fulfilling tail, be you, for meaningless, and ultimately disappointing tail, be who they want you to be.

i think you should stay the way you are. anyone willing to change themselves is setting themselves up for a hard fall. besides any self respecting girl should'nt be that shallow to only notice your looks. each of us in life is a little nerdy, we all just display it differently. throw some game in baby if all you want is a lay. but if your lookin for something more long term keep it the way you are. there's nothing wrong with being yourself.

Always change for yourself, not for someone else.

There is nothing wrong with trying to become a more well-rounded, more social person, so that you can get along better with most people, but on the other hand, never try to be someone that you are not just to impress one particular person; it is not worth it. I assume that you can figure out the difference.

Never change the way you are for no one. If she can't like you for who you are, then you don't need to be with a person like that. There will be someone out there that will like you for you. Don't be with no person that will make you change who you are.
