What do you mean by better? From who's point of view?

As far as the Planet is concerning, we might as well not exist. We have no effect on it and are a single blink in comparison to the Earths age.

Better for nature and animals? Nature is brutal. That is why humanity has walled it out and turned away from almost all of it. Humans have created the only beacons of civility that we know of.

Better for people ? Hell no ! If people didn't exist, then we couldn't have anyone to do things with or build us houses and make us food.

Thank you and god bless

If we remain on our present course, the human species is a blight to our planet.Hopefully we get a clue soon! But don't hold your breath. In my opinion humans have not evolved much conscientiously. We seem to have only mastered war and self destruction.Spiritually we are still barbarians.

Well, most of the destructive things that have happened in recent centuries are due to people, so I'd have to say yes. Hopefully we can turn things around and prove that we weren't a mistake.
