I have had very good luck in using egg substitute in breakfast and other casseroles.....it firms up fine while baking and no one really even knows that it wasn't made with the whole egg!

Yes, you definitely can!!! We also run a B&B (The Pink Flamingo in Encinitas, CA) and we have to use Egg Beaters or Just Whites when our guests ask for an omelette or a breakfast casserole........You really can't taste the difference, at least I can't, due to all the other ingredients you're using......the "eggs" are meant to bind everything together in the baking process.......Oh, and you can also use it to make very good French Toast......just use a little milk and Splenda and some cinnamon and proceed with your French Toast preparation as you normally do......

Yes, of course you can. You may want to try a little 'sample' casserole first, before making it for company. See if you need to help the EggBeaters along a little. Because there's no yolk, you may want to add a little more flavor -- a very light hint of onion or garlic, perhaps, or even some salt-free seasoning like MrsDash.

Yes you can use Egg Beaters in practically every way you would use real eggs.

Sure!
Egg beaters are just egg whites with a little food coloring.

Nope, but you can use egg beaters/egg substitute in any recipe that calls for eggs.
