They are suppost to be refrigerated. They were probably left out for about 6 or 7 hours.

I'm assuming your talking about Clavamox. Clavamox comes in a powder form and is reconstituted with water when it needs to be used - after the water is added, it must remain refridgerated. Personally I would not use a bottle of reconstituted Clavamox (or other medications) that were not refridgerated for more than a couple hours. Call your vet, explain the situation, and ask to buy another bottle. Clavamox usually isn't horribly expensive ($15-25) and if your vet thinks your medication is still okay to use they'll tell you.

I wouldn't chance it. Call the vet. 6-7 hours is a long time.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. And a simple call to the vet office is all that is necessary to find out.
