Looks like a Stofforshire Bull Terrier to me:

From AKC website:
Staffordshire Bull Terrier Breed Standard
Terrier Group

General Appearance
The Staffordshire Bull Terrier is a smooth-coated dog. It should be of great strength for its size and, although muscular, should be active and agile.

Size, Proportion, Substance
Height at shoulder: 14 to 16 inches. Weight: Dogs, 28 to 38 pounds; bitches, 24 to 34 pounds, these heights being related to weights. Non-conformity with these limits is a fault. In proportion, the length of back, from withers to tail set, is equal to the distance from withers to ground.

I'm going to say the same thing I said to the last girl looking for breed identity on a brindle puppy.

DO NOT ASSUME your dog is pitbull because it is brindle, there are LOTS of other dogs that have brindle as a dominant (or even non dominant) color.

Wait until your dog is older, and has established the breed traits and then do research on that.

When dogs are puppies, it's very hard to tell what they are, especially with dogs like labs, pitbulls, and other generic sized/looking dogs.

Things like pugs and dalmations are easy, because of their uniqueness, but pitbulls, sad to say, are NOT that unique as puppies.

It's very possible it's a pitbull, and everyone says pitbull mix, but I'd guess it's full blown. But, you'll never know until he/she grows up a bit more.

Give it some time, and then repost this ad.

It's definitly got some American Pit Bull Terrier in it but it looks like a mix. When it gets older it will prbably look mostly pit. The coloration is brindle and is common in Pit Bulls and American Bulldogs.

This looks like an American Pit Bull. Potentially, it could be an American Pit Bull Terrrier mix.

looks can be deceiving but if I had a best bet I would say some type of terrier from the looks maybe an am staff or even a pitt bull but I would probably have to see the parents to make a more educated guess

To me he looks like maybe a boxer/pit bull mix. But that is just a guess. He is Super Cute!!! As he gets older it will be easier to guess his breed. Good luck with your puppy!!
