What are the closest catch & keep fishing locations to New York City?

I live in New York City and don't like the idea of throwing something back that I could instead be throwing onto my grill or at least cutting up to save on bait. Where are the best/closest catch & keep fishing locations in or around New York City?

Carnasie Pier, exit 13 on the Belt Parkway. Go for snappers or bluefish. For fluke, 19.5" is a huge fluke and you end up throwing 98% back. So go for bluefish.
