My 12 year old sister weighs 113 lbs. and is seriously skinny. But she plays a lot of sport, and is quite strong... muscle weighs A LOT more than fat, so that's probably why you weigh the ammount you do. Also, you're quite tall, so that will put some extra weight on you too. Your fine :)
I hope this helps :)

I am the same way.
I walk 2-4 miles a day and dance for 2-3 hours a day. I am 5'2 and 149 pounds. My measurements are 34-29-36. You sound kind of like me, basically. I am very hard and most people think I'm more like 120 pounds. Some of the girls in p.e class complain about how fat they are even at 120 pounds. At first I felt like crap but then realized they were complaining about not being toned, not about their clothing size or their weight. Does that help you feel better? :)

Yes, muscle does weigh more than fat.
However, I am a muscular 5'10" male that also weighs 180lbs. Now, I am a very muscular male... and if you are 5 inches shorter than me, 3 pounds heavier, and your doctor says you are in perfect health, I would just keep doing whatever you are doing. In fact, you must be a very buff female... because I thought I was muscular (protein supplements, lift heavily 3 days a week, bench 225+, etc.. typical gym goer).
Whatever the case may be, I would still excercise at least 3 times a week just to stay healthy and keep up whatever you are doing to be in healthy shape.

You should try to lose (yes muscle weighs more than fat, but a waist like yours is not healthy). A 35 inch waist is bad for the heart, so you're cutting it close. You may be in perfect health (all my vitals are great but I"m still overweight and my dr. doesn't dance around that fact despite my healthy vitals) but you still need to lose weight. Maybe watch the types and portions of food you eat since you already exercise.

Everyone "carries" weight differently... and yes, muscle does mass considerably more than fat. Bone structure and body build also make a difference. The standard height-weight charts usually don't take these things into consideration, so don't think of them as "the whole truth and nothing but". It sounds to me like you are a healthy, beautiful young woman who happens to be fairly solidly built. So don't worry especially if your doctor says it's all good!

If you work out a lot, muscles do weigh more than fat. Keep working out and eating right (include your fruits and vegetables regularly). Drink lots of water and at least two glasses of milk a day. You will feel a lot better and healthier. Go girl!!!

Yes, it is muscle. Since you work out a lot, you're putting on muscle, which weighs three times more than fat. Your health is great! Keep up the good work! Ain't no creep gonna mess with you, **** that! You can **** them up hardcore if you wanted, you know!

Most likely. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat does. So, sometimes the numbers on the scale can be very deceiving. As long as your doctor isn't concerned, you're fine.

I am the same way. I am 6 feet, 3 inches tall. I weigh 252 pounds, yet my doctor said that I am in a great physical state. I do not understand it.
It may be muscle weight.

It coud be muscles if you're athletic and work out a lot. Plus if your frame is large, this will also add some poundage. But you're still young to be dieting (counting calories). Listen to your doctor.
