There are a variety of methods for doing chakra alinements, I use a set of seven singing bowls when I'm doing other peoples chakras.

A friend of mine just got a book a few months ago that is called Crystal Healing, or Healing with Crystals. Something like that and it tells exactly how to do it. Hope this helps, sorry I don't have exact details.

meditation is good for that. Pranayama breathing while meditating is even better. Take a really deep breath and hold it as long as you can, then exhale. Repeat 6 times, then relax. After a while repeat that process.
