If they will all be on at maximum load simultaneously and each is 500 watts including a CRT monitor then you are drawing about 5 amps each on a 15 amp circuit. That gives you three for the answer (with a little slack thrown in in case they each have a printer).

If they are just run-of-the-mill desktops with flat-panel monitors, then you can most likely run about 10 of them on a single outlet. I would cut that down to 7 for a bit of "margin" on the circuit breaker.

Like RichZ above says... if they are all "server" class PCs with large 19"+ CRT monitors, then 3 is about the limit.
