in islam adultery committed by some1 who is married or previously married is to be stoned to death...but there has to be pure evidence and it has to be carried out by lawmakers not just gangs.and not da so called honor killings..it is meant to keep society from filthy practices.

but if adultery is commited by a person who was never married,,,then they will not b stoned...theres another form of punishment...

The Israelites stoned for adultery. Once the act has been committed, you can repent all you want, but you still going to die getting stoned.

Then again, there's this Thai weed I had that really got me stoned. No adultery needed.

People are supposed to get stoned for sinning? You must keep a lot of weed around the house to do that

I'm sure someone has an unjustifiable list such as this. I really look down upon stoning with rocks. :-)

I use to have this threatened to me as a child growing up. My parents making the point that If they lived back then, they would have killed me. Makes a kid feel great! NOT!

Try Leviticus 20. It does not say death from stoning but does say death for sins.

NO. But there are many instances recorded in the Bible where stoning was imposed for particular behaviors and verbal assertions.

Here's another site on the web. Less reliable source though:

read Duetromony and Leviticus and find out what, why and who..... Please remember that no one gets stoned today because Jesus paid the death penalty for any of the reasons in the Old Testament.
