All I want to have to do is press the key and I don't want lossy JPEGs.

I don't believe you can do that in Windows.

Try this, it's what I use.

Go to http://www.download.com and search on and download a little program called "Gadwin Printscreen". This program allows you to set it up to either save the printscreen files or print them, or both.

i dont think you can. it will only save the image in the clipboard and its up to you to save is as .bmp file.
