You can become thinner by getting plenty of sleep, eating healthy, having a positive attitude and mentally telling yourself that you looking great! sound corny but wish your weight away, everyday, everytime you eat just be conscience about your weight goals.

There is no other way.. I tried a pill that had tones of caffeine in it and I swear if I kept up with it it wouldn't be before long that I would have had a heart attack and I am only 32 and I am 5'9, and weigh 156 lbs.. so I am not so bad off.. I had to take the pills bavck for a refund. But "magic" pills do not work. Magic is only an illusion.. so don't be swayed.

Exercise and calorie watching are the only way to go.. Stay away from fatty processed foods. Eat as close to raw food as you can. Have salads and eat chicken instead of steak.. Eat everything in proportion. You can't not have steak.. just once in a while- it's high in fat. Stay away from junk foods. Eat whole wheat buns and bread and pasta's... you've heard it all before..

In a nutshell, if you eat healthy and exercise regularly it will happen. Also, just exercise and get your heart rate up for 30 minutes for 5 times a week, it will be ok. You need to lift weights too. I just do the 10 minute sollution- kickboxing. And I am sore everytime. Next I want to try Kettlebells program. Weights are great becasue if you just go for a walk, you will lose calories.. but they won't really STAY off.. By doing weights you tear your muscle and the muscle is constanly fighting to reconstruct it long after your workout- therefore burning more colories even days after you have worked out.

Well if you want to be thin and healthy, you have to exercise!! If you think that you don't have the energy or time to exercise...try eating healthy and maybe you will have the energy to start excersie!! If not then your only resort will be some type of surgery...big bucks for a quick fix, but even harder to keep off!!

Good luck!!

In 2 weeks you're unlikely to work out dramatic effects. It takes time to lose a great volume of weight and it takes dedication. . .it is a pair of lifestyles-kind exchange. changing what you consume, once you consume and how plenty you consume and being lively. don't be so troublesome on your self the two. A length 12 isn't undesirable. . .and in case you prefer to shed pounds you are able to. purely set your purpose and stick to it. yet, love your self and who you at the instant are not any count what.

you can make exercising fun like doing some type of sport you like to do but if you eat healthy that can make a big difference you should eat high fiber foods like beans stawberries apples chickpeas potatoes broccoli brown rice bran and nuts. also try cutting out all sodas and only drink water salads are good to but be careful about what type of dressing you use and dont make you salad swim

If you are not willing to try a combination of things or get up off that chair, you won't lose as much weight as you want to. Do something simple like walk that extra flight of stairs per day.

You want the benefits, but none of the work. Not going to happen!

Diet, but not starvation. It actually makes you fatter in the long run beacause your body goes into 'starvation mode', where once you start eating properly again, it thinks there's gonna be another 'famine', so it tries to put on weight in preparation.

The ONLY way to stay fit is to eat healthy and excercise daily. There are no magic pills or diets that work.
