yes... you can grill salmon without the skin.
I like grilling with the skin where the skin acts as a buffer... If I burn it, it comes off anyway.

Yes, you can grill salmon without the skin ... but if you don't want to risk 'flaking' (happens when the salmon is OVERcooked) buy a 'fish basket' with two 'large mesh' sides in metal and put that onto the grill. Also try using a good 'rub' (you can even make your own) and don't cook the salmon as long ... my husband 'hates' salmon made 'the old way' (cooked all the way through) but I taught him how to 'grill it' so it's just a 'little bit cooked' on the inside, but more cooked on the outside, and now we eat salmon (FRESH CAUGHT ONLY) two or three times a week. YUM!!!!

Yes...and here's a recipie for skinless grilled salmon with citrus sauce that sounds delish!

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
4 skinless salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Coarse salt and ground pepper.
Citrus Sauce

Directions:
Heat grill to medium-high. Rub 4 skinless salmon fillets (6 ounces each) with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander; season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
Lightly oil grates; place salmon, skinned side up, on grill. Cover grill; cook 5 minutes. Turn fillets; cover, and cook until opaque throughout and flaky, about 4 minutes more. Serve salmon drizzled with Citrus Sauce.

Yes, but either use lots of Pam or put the salmon in a fish griller instead of directly on the grill. I highly recommend the fish griller. You should be able to find one at any decent-sized store that sells grills.

Just be careful not to move it once you place it on the grill. After a couple of minutes it will release itself (provided your grill is oiled beforehand).

People get in trouble because they think they have to constantly fidget with it. Just leave it alone for the designated amount of time and then flip it and leave it until finished. You should have no problem this way.

Definatley! If your using a pan just make sure you season it and put a dash of lemon and oil on it so it doesnt stick. If you are using an oustide grill season it real good and put some type of liquid (lemonjuice) so its not so dry when you eat it.

Yes, put it on a two-layer sheet of aluminum foil first then put that on the grill.

Yes, but place it on Alum Foil with a little oil under the fish. This will keep the fillet "together" better.
