I've decided to go on a hardcore nothing but healthy food diet. Cereal for breakfast, tuna 2 pieces of 100% whole wheat bread and water for lunch, yogurt for snack, broccoli for dinner. Workout 7:00-8:30 (run walk crunches push ups leg lifts jumping jacks) How much weight would I lose in 8 days if I followed this diet? I really want to lose maybe up to 15 pounds and I don't care what it takes to get there, I just need to shed a few more pounds.

Once you do this, how do you plan to not gain it all back (because you will based on how little you plan on eating)?

Not a healthy food diet. Not enough fruit and vegetables, not enough dairy, not enough protein, not enough carbohydrate, not enough calories. Too much tuna (tuna contains heavy metals and should not be eaten more than 2/wk) Eating that badly will undermine your health.

Losing more than 1 pound per week is unhealthy and may lead to gall stones. See your doctor or a dietician for a truly healthy diet and to check whether you actually need to lose the 15 pounds.

For a truly healthy diet see the link below. Although developed a dietary approach to managing high blood pressure, it also works well as a safe weight control diet. Keep the total calories to between 1200 and 1600 per day and you will lose weight.

Have a serving of fruit with breakfast, a serving of veggies with lunch, some protein with dinner (piece of chicken, etc) and maybe another snack in their (maybe something with carbs after exercising? 15 pounds is too much in 8 days, but you should lose a few. Just don't keep up this intensity for too long.

cereal has high carbs.

stick to low carb foods like tuna, eggs, cheese.

you could lose about 5 pounds.

by cutting back on just 500 calories you can lose at least 1 pound in a week.

my dad eats 2 boiled eggs and 2 cheese sticks for breakfast.
i don't know what he eats for lunch(hes at work)
3 egg omelet(w/ cheese only) and Canadian bacon for dinner. he's lost alot of weight!

you wont lose 15lbs this way in 8 days... probably close to 10. but that is a fairly easy diet. You should cut out the cereal and eat egg whites instead. and you really should eat a little protein with dinner after working out (about 70gms of protein)

I would add a piece of fruit to have with your cereal, then at dinner have some type of protein with your broccoli. Drink lots of water and I'm sure you will lose weight quickly.

On your diet with one cardio session a day you could lose 5 pounds a week.

Doing that..i'd say in 8 days you'll lose 2-3 lbs.
