iowa law -is there a time limit on an arrest for an assault charge?

someone might of broke someone else's nose in a fight that the other person started. is there a certain amount of time that can pass before the po po can't make an arrest? thanks

Probably not. Three times. And if there is, you would be hiding for 7 years.
