Yes Not a lead free operation I am running boards and I keep getting solder balls on some of the smaller resistor. Isn't there a process for this or what could I do.

Is your solder paste old (past its expiration date)?

Is the solder mask for the paste made to the right tolerances?

Is part of the pre-processing of the blank board to the new ROHS standards incompatible with the lead solder paste?

Those are the only things I can think of, because my main area of expertise is not in manufacturing -- I'm mainly a designer/analyst who makes it out to the factory floor occasionally.

Me, I was a full fledged Christian. But my utilitarianism got the better of my belief. I'm now an atheist and believe in the philosophy of traceurs and utilitarianism. To be free and benefit on you and around you. I do however believe in Satan but that's because I'm a mosher and sometimes evil. I looked deep into my religion and thought - there's nothing except god telling you not to do this, god telling you not to do that. I thought well I'm not living my life by the rules of somebody else. Not even a person where there is no proof that he exists. All gods are logically impossible and the churches shouldn't feed us with these lies and false stories. Now, I'm 15. I've been out with my sweet love for 2 years. We've had all sex possible, sober, drunken, under the stars, in the forest. Let me tell you. To share the ectasy and see the ectasy in my girls eyes is better than any other experience god could give you. I know I may sound a bit like a mess-up. I'm not, I'm a prefect at school and I'm passing at 1's and 2's. So a message to "Ijehova" up there. Why come the lord promised us happiness if we forgived? I'm happy by just being free of a made-up character's lies. Hail Lucifer, Hail.

If it is component-specific (one particular set of resistors, say) suspect cleanliness problems on that batch of components and replace them. Most of the time the problem is solder paste related. Try a new batch of solder paste first. If that doesn't solve the problem review your handling procedures, with particular attention to warmup from storage and short, consistent open time between application and reflow.
Has the weather affected the humidity/temperature conditions in you work area?
